Golu Gang: Merge Drop Privacy Policy
In short: Golu Gang: Merge Drop does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location. Your game progress stays on your phone. The free version shows ads from Google, and we use anonymous usage statistics to improve the game. You can turn off personalised ads at any time.
1. Who we are
Golu Gang: Merge Drop ("the game", "the app") is made by Uplighter Technology & Services Pvt. Ltd. ("UTSL", "we", "us"), a company registered in India.

This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Golu Gang: Merge Drop app on Android and to the web version of the game.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect:
- your name, email address or phone number
- your contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone
- your precise location
3. Information stored only on your device
To save your progress, the game keeps the following on your phone (in the app's local storage):
- best scores for each mode
- coins, items you have unlocked in the shop, and which jar and background you use
- daily challenge progress and streak
- which Golu Gang buddies you have discovered
- your settings (sound, music, vibration) and whether you finished the tutorial
This information is not sent to us. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, it is deleted, and we cannot restore it.
4. Information collected by services we use
The app uses a few trusted third-party services to show ads, process purchases and understand how the game is used. These services may collect some information automatically from your device.

5. How we use information
- to run the game and save your progress on your device
- to show ads that keep the game free, and to give you rewards when you choose to watch an ad
- to process purchases you make
- to fix bugs, prevent crashes and improve the game
- to reply when you contact us
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Your choices
Personalised ads
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your phone's settings (on most Android phones: Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads). You will still see ads, but they will be less tailored to you.
Removing ads
You can remove ads with the optional "Remove ads" purchase, when it is available in the app.
Deleting your data
Your game data lives on your phone. Uninstalling the app or using Settings › Apps › Golu Gang: Merge Drop › Storage › Clear data deletes it. For data held by Google services linked to your device, you can reset your advertising ID as described above, or email us and we will help with any request we are able to handle.
7. Children
Golu Gang: Merge Drop is a casual game with cartoon characters that people of all ages enjoy. It is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at support@utsltech.com and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Data security and retention
Information sent to the services in section 4 is transmitted over encrypted connections and kept by those providers according to their retention settings and policies. Information stored on your phone stays there until you delete it.
9. Your rights (India and other regions)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws in other countries, you may have the right to ask about, correct or erase your personal data, and to raise a grievance. Because the app does not ask for your identity, we usually hold no personal data that can identify you. You can still contact us with any request or complaint and we will respond as soon as possible.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game changes, for example if we add a new feature or service. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
